New Director Joins NLCE Board

NLCE would like to announce our newest board member, Dirk van Lennep. 

An agriculturist and landscape designer by training, Dirk is committed to conservation and helping create conditions for the natural environment to thrive. He has lived in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Australia and for the last 37 years in North Lincolnshire. He has spent 17 years promoting and researching energy saving technologies focusing mainly on renewable energy. Projects he initiated include several 1 Megawatt hour power storage projects, 100 Kw peak agricultural Solar PV systems, many domestic and commercial ground and air source heat pumps. He is currently also working part time supplying heat transfer fluids to the heat pump, solar thermal and refrigeration industries. He looks forward to talking to businesses and organisations who have roof area which may be suited to solar PV in the North Lincolnshire area which could contribute to community energy generation.
