New solar on St Bede’s & St Bernadette’s Schools
Our latest installations are complete! NLCE added solar power to St Bede's School and St Bernadette's Academy in August.
St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary Voluntary Academy now have 96 solar panels, with 40 kWp.
St Bede's Voluntary Academy have 238 solar panels, with 100 kWp.
These installations will save the schools thousands of pounds each year on their energy bills, and they won't be subject to price fluctuations. The two installations should also save around 40 tonnes of CO2e from entering the atmosphere.
Along with our installations on Lindsey Lodge and Kingfisher Lodge, our 2025 share offer installations are well on their way to all being complete.
